We exist within what cannot be fully spoken or seen.
Boundaries dissolve,and unseen presences continue to touch and overlap.
Universes seem to whisper to one another, and we dwell within those very margins.
In a world that spins through endless cycles of ruin and restoration,
we coexist ー silent, yet certain ーwithin a great vortex.
IWACO
I create imaginary life forms that embody inexpressible emotions and inner distortions.
By combining diverse fabrics and mixed materials, I produce soft sculptures that hold both delicacy and strength.
Selected for the 28rh Taro Okamoto Award for Contemporary Art.
Osaka Takashimaya Department Store
A long-established department store serving as a landmark in the Osaka Minami district. The store is directly connected to Namba Stations on the Nankai Electric Railway and the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line, offering a wide variety of ladies’ fashion, cosmetics, and sundries.
