Junichiro Kuromasa"Dialogue of Vitality and Shadows"
The artwork encompasses both the physical wire structure and the delicate shadows cast upon the wall by light. At Takashimaya Osaka, Junichiro Kuromasa presents his latest masterpiece, 'Eternal Embrace'—a colossal whale with flowers blooming from its back. The exhibition also features 'The Universe of Gazes,' a piece with memories woven into its eyes, alongside popular large-scale sculptures and numerous mobiles dancing through the space. Experience the diverse and vibrant world of wire art.
The Universe of Gazes | Woven into the eyes are scenes once witnessed and fragments of light yet unseen. Light and wind passing through the wire gaps whisper a silent story of the invisible interconnectedness of life.
Junichiro Kuromasa
Junichiro Kuromasa captures life's energy through wire. Using steel and aluminum, he crafts 3D sculptures of animals and myths. He views the shadows projected in space as vital to his work, creating a world where lines and light intertwine. Aiming for global recognition by 2030, he continues to innovate through his "dialogue between lines, shadows, and the wind."
